Being away from our families for Christmas, a group of us Aussies and one Scot (an honorary Adelaidean) decided to guarantee ourselves a white Christmas and took ourselves off skiing in France. We had a fantastic week of skiing (or snowboarding) and silliness in Les Deux Alps, fabulously organised by Sarah. Glen, Robyn and I had a brilliant instructor (Ski the Max) to help us improve our skiing skills during the week and on our last day Elisa and I put the icing on the cake by going paragliding. A wonderful way to spend a week... although I think we're all still wondering when Christmas is coming. Its not quite the same without our families around us.
